I need help too, and I just got my account, but my question is for the game

I'm trying to get the inlaid gong piece and i got level three of both engineering and exploring...but i think mine is from big fish games...i take villagers to the ancient place but they still say they're confused! How can that be? They've fully researched both, and I even restarted the game, and thry still are confused...and I got my game on April 14! I really don't wanna start over, please help! What's wrong, what do I do??

If your villager is confused, then you don't have the correct techs yet. You can always check the Guides to help you determine what you're missing.

Engineering and Exploring? I tried too and there is something wrong in the guide (or in the games coming from Big Fish Games, as mine too) It's not Exploring, it's Culture (easier!!)

I got mine from Big Fish Games as well, I have had the normal and abnormal glitches (Like a mother holding a fish instead of a baby!) but I had no problems.

I have had the normal and abnormal glitches too; the difference is only between what the guide says about the mosaic and what I have noticed in my games. I don't know from where it come, guide or my games!

There should be no disagreement between the any version of the game and the information in our guide. And there is also no difference in the tech requirements for puzzles in games obtained from different sites. There was a problem with the Reflexive version, but it had nothing to do with tech requirements.

you have change the guide, I have printed one in Februar that tell Engineering tech and Exploration tech for the puzzle 10!
In any case, I found the solution and always enjoyed my games !

No problem, Laurence. We discovered the error in the guide very soon after the game was released and corrected it. You printed yours before the correction was made.
