In the both game, there is only 3 new huts: the 1st at the beginning, the 2nd when you reach 15 villagers and the 3th when you reach 30 villagers. The foundations of these huts arrive them self and after you cannot build some more hut! (I know 90 peoples in only 3 huts, it's hard!)
For increase the population, make your villagers breeding! \:\)
