I don't know who else has this problem, but when my Golden Child starts running and dancing it like messes up the graphics. Basically the graphics get all screwed up, is this a known bug?

That sounds like a known bug. Try exiting out of the game, and go back in. It should be fixed then.

While testing, this was one phenomenon that we saw a bit, but couldn't help pinpoint where and when it happens

Had one of your villagers died and been buried recently (before the Golden Child started doing that)? Was he kind of smearing the screen or leaving weird pixelized trails behind him wherever he went?

Barbara, the last time I had pixelised trails happen, I had not had any recent deaths, the GC was not involved, and it was in the map screen, not the game screen ....not sure now if my problem was related

It happens both places, sometimes at the same time with different villagers. One will mess up the overview map, and another one will trash the main game screen. It seems to happen most often when a child is born that replaces a 'deleted' villager - even if there hadn't been a very recent death. I'm just trying to gather as much information as I can!

ok, that explains my one, as I had already had deaths, and just got the barrel event....I assume this counts as births

Yep! I've tracked every villager in my recent games who make trails. They are always occupying the 'position' that was vacated by a dead villager. And, the condition always clears up when you leave the game and launch it again.

It would be great if people could help verify and document the circumstances that produce this phenomenon!

Thank u for ur answers. My trails only have occurred from the Golden Child, when he starts running and dancing. He does this even when there haven't been any deaths or anything like that. It doesn't happen all the time. But ever since he came into existence I started having the screen problem. Other then that everything else is great and running smoothly.

There haven't been any deaths at all since you started the game? They don't necessarily have to be recent.
