I can tell you as long as you do not mind.
A hint will be it is done by the a certain someone you've obtained in earlier puzzles, in other words you should have obtained it already seeing as you've completed the 1st 15 puzzles and also you do not need to do anything.

VV2 is actually an acronym for Virtual Villagers 2.
