It depends of the speed you have choice. I think that, in 2x speed, there is 1 "game year" in 1 real hour. I know that, in 1/2 speed: from about 7.00 PM to about 10.00 AM the tomorrow, my villagers are about 3 years older. Sorry, there is many "about" but I never took my watch \:\/
