1. How many real world minutes are in 24 hours game world?
2. How many real world minutes or hours are in a game world year?
3. How much food does one villager eat in one day?

I have been playing for quite a while and I don't know the answers, either. This is the point of being on the forums. To learn about the games and get answers to questions like these.

It depends of the speed you have choice. I think that, in 2x speed, there is 1 "game year" in 1 real hour. I know that, in 1/2 speed: from about 7.00 PM to about 10.00 AM the tomorrow, my villagers are about 3 years older. Sorry, there is many "about" but I never took my watch

Well... for number 3 it would be hard to answer. Depending on how much you pause it and how much you starve them, it may be different. So really, the answer could be different.
