I dress my male farmers in the light-green t-shirt/dark-green shorts combo and the females in the bluey-green "raggedy" dress.

The male farmers get the red t-shirt/shorts with black trim combo and the females the raggedy red dress.

The male scientists get the white clothes and the females the long white dress.

Male elders get the black version of the scientists clothes, the females the long deep-red dress.

Male doctors get the grey clothes, females the long pink and white flowing dress.

I started doing this after I finished all 4 collections and solved all the puzzles, and just had the target of getting 50 village elders - that was already achieved about a week and a half ago. Am trying to wind this village down now (one child per couple, population now hovering around 40); can't bring myself to abandon them just yet, and am obviously not destined to because the barrel of babies arrived yesterday!!!

Colour coordinating the villagers really helps when trying to sort out the stubborn ones who wander off and never learn, the ones that revert to former tasks and those pesky builders who spend more time cooling their feet in the stream than attempting to fix the huts! Wish there was something for the builders to do in this stage of the game!!!

I have one villager at the moment - a female runner - who is already an elder (well, not named as such, since I achieved the 50 target) and is rapidly acquiring mastery in a fourth skill (building, if only she would stop cooling her feet in the stream!!!) - so maybe I'll have to introduce a new colour combo to donate a super-elder! Unlikely she'll get 5 skills as the last one's parenting...and that's a lot of flirting or storytelling she has to do to achieve that, and she's not getting any younger!!!
