Hey! Has anyone else experienced unusual births in their VV or VV2 populations? I just had a couple have identical triplets and another little girl at the same time. Although the mother carried "triplet" babies during the infant stage, when they started running around on their own I was able to see that four children of the same age were claiming the same two parents. Obviously this was in VV2 or I would have missed that entirely. This was the same village that also produced a boy and girl twin set in an earlier generation. This game keeps surprising me!

did the children first appear right after you turn on the game?

on start up the game goes through and makes decisions about what should have happened while you were away, sometimes with very strange results

several have reported opening a game to find several children the same age with different fathers but all with the same mother!

Yes, I'm sure eyeshigh has it right. I once opened a game and saw that I had what looked like triplets born when I was away. However, on looking closer, they turned out to be twins plus their slightly older brother. All were dressed identically, but the twins had brown hair and their brother had black hair. They had the same mother and father and were all given the same age.

Sorry about getting back so slowly on this topic, but I've been away. No, I'm sure that my quads had the same parents. I caught it in time to see that the same two parents were involved. Anyway, my quads all grew up to be "good little citizens". I'm wondering if others have had this happen in their villages also.... Hmmmm....

It sounds like two sets of twins or triplets plus one other to me, similar to the case I mentioned above.
