I got a new event yesterday. Apparently some of my villagers decided to leave to explore the southern tip of the island. Next thing I know, I am down 8 healthy adults!!

That's unlucky. I've only had this event a few times and each time it happened to a "mature" village of around 90, so the loss of a few villagers was, if not unimportant, at least less important.

That event is one of the late-game events and should not occur in a fairly new village. \:\)
