Some match for skills, I leave it up to them ... but I DO like the curly blond male villagers, so I try at least one in every generation to be set to parenting ... even though my tribe is pretty up at maximum, "Don Juan" has his pick ... and I've gotten a good mix of blond, brown, curly, straight, and some red hair from the parenting of such a gent, and it gives him lots of parenting skill and keeps him happy too!
