This may seem like a weird topic, but has anyone else ever gotten the event where Biggles wants to be left alone at the research table? I got it, and noticed that Biggles is shown in the box (a pic). I want to see if he looks the same in each, so if you get that event, take a screenie!
Or, alternatively, if you have a picture of it currently, post that too!

I had the event and it was a different guy, I don't have the screenie though.

I have a different guy each time in the last Biggles event, it was the head of my favourte villager, so I took a screen photo of him.

I have only had that event once in a game and I have had my games playing quite some time. Are you getting that event over and over again or what? Or is it just in different games?

I'm guessing Biggles is a shapeshifter! Ok--a litttle off but why else would he look diffrent for everybody?

I dunno why he'd be different, but one time the image of Biggles for my last Biggles Event...was a woman! o.o

I had a male Biggles but he did not look like that.

I had a different event with Biggles, where he was tampering with instruments at the research table. The options were:

A) Catch him
B) Lure him away with food

I chose to catch him, and the villagers,after thoroughly searching the Sciences Hut, asked,"What have you done with our Gong Piece?". Sadly, he managed to escape before they got an answer, so I hope nothing happened to the piece of the Gong. Although I don't have a screenie, I remember he was a blond-haired boy, who looked about 8 years old.

That one is not Biggles, it's the Savage Child event.

Really? Well, his name was still Biggles, which was weird...

it was a Wild Child Event... I had the same event last night, since the name Biggles is in the data base it could pop up with any of the villagers.

My tribe had 117 villagers when Biggles showed up.

I could read in the background that my population was at 118.
After I chose an option, Biggles disappeared and my population returned to 117.

I then checked my stat page and my highest population ever is still 117???

I know it said 118 during the event.

I feel I got jipped.

maybe because biggles was pretending to be one of your population!

I got that event.Didn't get a screenie but,of course,I know what he looked like.He had dark brown hair with half bang and he was wearing a green grass skirt.I got it just after I got level 2 in exploration.I of course,said no.Now he's gone.

I had that event some time ago but didn't capture a pic for you. I refused and Biggles disappeared through the night. If I remember correctly my Biggles looked a little different.

This is a slightly old post but...

I recently had to completely restart my games and had this event occur once in two different tribes. Luckily, I had learned my lesson the last time I dealt with Biggles. Otherwise, I would've been in for a world of hurt.

If you read The fishermans tale, you'll know why he wanted to be left alone at the reaserch table. lol

I would like to know, what happens if you let him research alone. Does any one know?

I believe your refering to "The Savage Boy" scenario... though I could be wrong, in mine, it was the savage child that needed to be lured away w/ food...

The first time I got that event I let him "use" my research table not knowing the pain that would happen to my newborn tribe! Anyways, maybe there is a tribe of people named "Biggles" ?
