There's those three events, plus the "wild child", maybe more. All add at least one extra villager.

If you get all four sets of collectibles you get a bonus five so the normal maximum possible is 115.

What's weird is that in all the time I've played, I've never had that come up and I'm waaaayyyyy past completing all the "tasks/milestones". I guess my villagers are ok with staying at home LOL. Does it matter what mode (easy, normal, hard) or what timing (1/2, normal, 2X) you are on?
