I know when a villager is at the table like in VV1 when they kick their leg the tech points are added. If the game is on a higher speed is more points added per "kick"? Since more time is passing? Also are skills gained more quickly for the same reason? Otherwise would it not make more sense to keep the game on 1/2 speed alot more?

I every time begin the game at 2x speed until 2 or 3 children become 14 years old and so I turn my game in 1/2 speed because I want not that my villagers become old fast. But I think it slows down the tech points a little bit.

It will slow down how fast they accomplish the tech points, but it won't change the ammount of tech points u get every time.

That's not exactly true. Have you actually checked the number of tech points at various speeds when the game is running?
