I can only think of three reasons, that you'd have a problem with your game.
1. Your not playing it well. 2. Problem with softwate. 3. Computer not compatable with game. I hope I didn't sound to harsh, just hoping it would help you. If your stuck with the game, someone here will help sort it out. Maybe you should brief us on the events of the problem. Good luck.

Have you tried sending LadyCFII a private message and seeing what she suggests?

Have you tried the procedures in this post for backing up and (possibly) restoring your savegame files? The following answers in our Support FAQ may also help you to discover why your games vanished and help you (possibly) get them back: Answer 1 Answer 2 I'd rather try to help in the forums, rather than Private Messages, so that other people can benefit from the answers.

The links that I provided will help you find and recover the savegame files, if they still exist on your computer. If you're not comfortable working with your computer's file system, maybe you could ask a friend who knows how to recover computer files to help you with this? That would be the safest thing to do, since we don't want to cause unnecessary problems with your computer by having you perform file system operations that you are not familiar with.

You should try using your Windows search function and type the following in the file name field (exactly as shown): isola2*.ldw
If you copy the list of files (along with the dates of the files) that it finds, I can tell you which file(s) are missing.
