Is there way to make all your people to like running instead of re starting over the game hoping to get two or maybe 3 runners ?

Not really. There is an event regarding running and if you choose the right choice your villager will like to run.

Runners are just random. Everyone hopes to get more than 1 when they first start a game.

I started my village w/ zero runners. Oh well, I've had some now or then.

I never had a runner but I have one who hates running. He was so funny to watch when he was younger and played tag- he was always the last one. Even when he walks it is soooo slow.

I keep working with him and he is this close to being an elder.

Runners are great from what I have read but working with any villager is rewards

runners are good as they can gain xp in most skills quicker because they move quicker.

and .... they get things done faster like building a dam, clearing briar and food.
