I have a weak villager, but every time I try to have someone heal him, they just try to mate with him instead. This is even if "Healing" is checked in their skill preferences. One of my villagers is a master doctor and even he tries to just have sex with the patient. Don't any of the healers in this game has a sense of professionalism? You don't hit on patients!

How can I differentiate between healing and mating when I drop a villager onto him?

I don't think they can be healed unless they are actually sick. I just made mine eat and drink water and either changed them to research which is easy work or no work at all until they got stronger. I have people 78 years old now so hang in there.

you're exactly right... if they are weakened, just keep your fingers crossed that they get better. Letting them eat, drink, and relax often helps. Give them a less demanding job as well. Good luck!
