Hey, just got VV2 and I'm addicted! (not good since I got finals right now :P) I was just wondering, is there any way to make my farmers keep on fishing? 'Cause after they bring a fish, they run off to the pond so I constantly have to be watching them and dragging them back to the ocean. It's like the have ADD or something. Any advice would be appreciated!

Make sure that their skill preference is set to farming.

When you select the villager, does it say that they are untrained?

Nope, they are both adept.

some villagers are rebellious, but I bet while you're not playing, they'll fish. It works like that sometimes.

I've got two villagers at the moment, both of who are adepts in their third skill, so should become Elders fairly soon. Trouble is, the adept farmer insists on working at the science table, and the adept scientist keeps going off to farm. Strangely, neither seems to spend as much time washing their socks or paddling their feet as a lot of the other villagers do.

They've all got their little quirks!
