Just wanted to intro myself. I'm a digital artist and have stumbled across VV. It looks interesting, but I haven't downloaded it yet. I'm a Sims fan but found it boring after a while (got sick of telling them to flush the toilet, eat something, go to sleep....). I have a MacBook Pro and I'm intrigued as to how VV works. Can the game you're in continue indefinetly or does it come to an end only to repeat itself but with certain nuances? I like the idea of a "living" village that just exists on my computer almost like cyber buddies \:\)

Welcome to the Forums! \:\)

I'm sure you'll find many of the discussions on these boards quite amusing. \:D

Some of us are quite silly sometimes..........Not me of course! ;\)

P.S If you are the writing type, try posting a story in Fan Fiction.

Also, the games do pretty much just go on---but it can get a little bit boring a long way into the tribe. There are a few things that keep in interesting. One is a spoiler, which I won't post, and the other is the island events.

You will love it. I spent 24hrs on it, when I got it. ( non stop ) The game goes on even when you turn off your computter. Need any help, call back. You must try before you buy. goodluck. \:\)

I have a macbook, and it works great. BEST 20 bucks spent in my life.

Correct, it's an Apple Macintosh Notebook. I'm a Mac Man. Macbook Pro is just a more advanced version

Hello fellow Australian!!!!! \:\)

These games are very good!!! I too was a Sims fan but got bored when it became tedious. These games do go on by themselves when you are not around and you get to choose options when an event occurs so you kind of determine the outcome of their little existence which gives it an edge on other sim games!!!

Even though I (and the other forumites) think these are great games, it is still best to try the demo before you buy!!! That way you can be absolutely sure that this is the right game for you!!!

Hope you love the games as much as the rest of us and that you come back to the forums again soon!!!! \:\)
