As far as the women over 50, in the game they can't have children anymore, even though in real life a woman can. A 60 year old woman just had twins, so why these little villagers can't have babies past this age baffles me. But, I digress. Just click them on parenting and they will be masters before too long. I know, the blue tube seems to get stuck forever without moving, very frustating.
