I thought I had read that the population of my village should max out around 90 +/- a couple with twins or triplets but I have over 100 and am still going. My "elder" males even take 2 women into the love shack and they both come out with babies! Those guys sure have something going for them!

Is this an aberation in my game or did I misunderstand something. I'm not complaining, mind you, just curious. I'll have to see how high I can go.

If you look in the guides section of the forums there are many answers to most questions you might have...but, in the meantime, my understanding is...if you get all the collectibles your population will max at 115 with a few exceptions.

Thanks. That is just what happened. I must have been remembering something I read for VV1. That's the trouble with finding and playing both games at the same time. In VV2 I topped out at 115 and do not have enough housing for more villagers. Boo hoo!

I constantly run my village at 117 with hopes of an event to go higher.

My max is 117 villagers as well. But still haven't seen my name on the leaderboard. I wonder why.

I can never seem to get 117 population in vv2 all i get is triplets at 114 population is there something special you guys do to get 117??

Maximum population isn't one of the leader board categories, so you would have to have a "high score" in one of the categories that is used by the leader board to appear on the list of high scores for that category.
