The bird noises have become rather annoying, because they squawk and flap their wings every time I return to the main game screen from another part of the game whether it be the map, a villager detail screen, the collections screen or anything else. I don't know if this is a glitch in my game or not because I didn't really notice it before.

How do I find and remove the sound file for that noise?

In another game I have running which isn't as far along, the bird squawking isn't present. What gives? Is it programmed to do this after a certain stage in the game is met?

Tanya, I'm not sure but I think it might happen after you complete something. I have two completed villages where it happens and one younger. I'm playing the younger one to find out when it happens.

I don't have the bird noises that you are talking about, but whenever I choose play on the title screen I hear kissing while it is loading. Anyone else have that happening?

yeppers...its normal to hear that while its loading

If you'ce installed VV in the default location it's at
C:\Program Files\Virtual Villagers - The Lost Children\Sounds\parrots.ogg

Make sure you keep a backup in case removing it does something unexpected to the game.

cool, this post led me to notice that the theme music is in .ogg! i can copy them to my SD card and bop out to VV2 all day on my Palm =p
