I just found this bug and reported it to LDW. I do not know if anyone else has found this already but anywayz, i will post it here.

The bug happen after you have graveyard and people will bury bodies.

When a villager is on his/her way to pickup the decomposed body, drag another villager onto this villager and BOOM.. the second villager is DEAD!

I lost my two healer and the only male this way......

Ya I think that happened to me as well, thankfully I often back up the savegame file!
