Now that I've done all the puzzles there is nothing for my Builders to do except inspect huts and fix huts; I hate to make them do it but it would be hard to get Esteemed Elder without Master Builder status. Wish they had something new to build.

Farming and Research are pretty easy to get Masters in, but what do people use for the other one? My Adept Doctors never seem to get to Master before they die, and surely there could be at most one Master Parent considering the population limit.

Have them exercise! That builds skill.

How do I get them to exercise? Do I take them somewhere?

So then do they stop exercising and thus not gain skill, and/or get stuck, or what?

They get stuck, so fail to exercise properly. They can still do the first two forms of exercise mentioned by Krystal, but if you spot them stuck when doing the third, rescue them and give them another dose of stew to try again or simply drop them on a hut to fix it.

I find they will still gain skills by "fixing" huts, although slowly. They tend to take long breaks for enjoying the pond, bathing their feet, enjoying the beach, etc.

When they run along the "sewing hut", it's because they are stuck!? I thought it was a kind of jogging!
So, when children are "playing tag", there is one (written "It") who runs along that hut but at the opposite side. Is it the same or is it in the play?
In any case, I tried and retried the stew but I didn't see any progress in my builder's skills...

Sometimes (rarely) a villager who is exercising will miss getting stuck in the loop near the hospital, and be able to complete the circuit of the village. Most times, though, he will get caught.

"Tag" is a children's game that is shown just for fun. They all run after one another. In real life they will be trying to catch up with the one known as "It", but on Isola "It" may be in the middle of the line.

But I still don't understand how that stew may increase the building skills. The villagers exercise but they don't go to build more for that.

it is just a function built into the game

when the villagers eat certain stews, they exercise

when they sucessfully complete a round of exercising, the game gives them building experience points for it

perhaps for keeping physically fit so they will be strong enough to be good builders!
