No-one has ever said it was. If it were, then posts like yours and Pinkfish's would be deleted by the admins straight away and you might even find yourself locked out. I've been to several software forums where they don't take kindly to even mild criticism and remove anything that is even slightly derogatory straight away. I've not stayed long, and stopped using their software whenever possible.

You have a perfect right to post about what you are unhappy with, but should realise that few people agree with you.
