WOW, that is interesting. Something happened for that to happen all the time. Do you remember the first two thing she carried? Was it the babies? Also, did she really have twins or was there only one?

i don't know when it started. i have 4 games going right now.
i did notice her carrying 2 fish. so i tried it on food and water bowls. so i decided to see what happened when she had a baby and guess what she had twins :). this was the first time she had a baby. i wonder what will happen next time??
i hope twins again!!

P.S. eyeshigh ,she really did have twins after the glitch happened
i promise, girl scout honor

I bet when she puts the two fish in the bin she'll only get credit for one! Also, has she finished nursing the twins yet? If so, is there definitely a pair of twins running around?

I had that same glitch happen to me. I'm pretty sure that she didn't have twins to start (I was able to check an old saved game...), but one might have been lost to a starvation situation.

She would carry two of everything, I've attached some images I saved at the time. (Of her honoring the dead and making a stew.)

At one point I saved the game and then did some experiments on what happened after she had kids. I tested with twins and triplets (she was very fertile!) but after she stopped caring for her babies, she reverted back to to carrying only one item.

I reverted back to my saved game and just let her continue carrying two of everything. Alas, she died a while ago.

Given your premise, we should all get free future versions of Windows and several other major programme releases that really cost money - like $900.00 and not $19.95

If it would save us having to run into your constant diatribes, I'd like to offer to paypal you the $19.95 you spent on the game.

LOL bajantara, I'll throw in another $19.95 if she (umm I'm mean the troll, because that is all she is doing) would put down her fishing gear. ;\)

But seriously, she is just trying to cause strife here on the forum. I know it's hard to do but the best thing is just to ignore her. She can't seem to realize that we are not criticizing her "right" as a customer to complain, but for the lies she spews forth.

Me thinks she is a Teilartie. ;\) (The Trekie fans will know what I mean)

I'm not a trekie fan so please tell me what the heck is a Teilartie!

P.S. I wouldn't do any rebate for her/him. It's a wash, let's just call it payment for VV1. OR The glitches might be because VV1 is illegal. LMAO

Sometimes I think the glitches make things interesting. Sometimes frustrating, yes, but also interesting. I have more important things to worry about than the $19.95 I spent on a game that has given me months of enjoyment in spite of the glitches.

I think, games could be offered as game prizes asopposed to freebees. Maybe you could have on line gameing, on this site. You could earn points, save them, and buy the games. But I suppose you would need sponsership for that.

Ok, first off, I spelled it wrong. It is spelled Tellarite. ;\) Sorry about that.

A Tellartie is an alien, which has an appearance of a pig (that is NOT why I think PF is like them by the way. ;\) ) and is such a creature that likes to insult others. In fact they will be offended if you do not insult them back. Their first order of business after greetings is to find something to complain about. If they cannot find something to complain about they will just insult you and except you to insult them back. That’s a Tellarite in a nut shell.

Interesting!
Did the number of the population increased 2 when she had her babies? And the quantity of food increased 4 or 8 when she brought her 2 bowls of crops?

I haven't played a computer game yet that doesn't have some glitches. Unfortunately, this one has more than the first VV1. \:\(

thanks everyone for erm ..well making me out to be something I am not
if you had any humour . yes its spelt with a U .. see that's funny , well my friends would laugh at that .. and everything I post Is tongue in cheek .. I LOVE the GLITCHES!!! I have a gallery and I love it !! if the game developers had a problem with my posts and my humour then I would have not laughed so much at the response a mere criticism can make.. jeez you are paying customers like me , and I don't have a vestige interest, just pointing out some differences .. and the games I test and level design for have none of these hilarious issues

I'm having fun ..with a game I bought .. so what's the problem I found a few faults .. and so did many thread starters on here find faults all I said was the faults make it not a borefest!! did I say something wrong !!
oh my!!

ok rant off

you yourself called it a rant, and that is just one of several lengthy comments you made

so go ahead point out what you thought was a joke

none of what you were saying sounded "tongue in cheek" as you put it

and don't try to write it off as British humor

we were not offended by your opinion. we were offened by how you stated it, repeatedly, and what seemed in a vicious nature

do not try to make people feel guilty by playing the victim here

we did not attack you, we shared our opinions on how negatively you were posting... no one stooped to that level, no one insulted you, called you names

the game cloned the villager in an event? or you cloned the whole village?

it was that event where your villager looks in a mirror and if you pick one option then there is another villager with same stats and name.

so a villager was cloned, through normal game play, and then the NEW cloned version got the double carry glitch?

Wow! Never seen anything like that, looking forward to it.

I think the glitches are fine; I've never seen one that messed up anything or deprived me of tech points or lost me a villager or anything at all bad.

I merely have to rescue them when they get stuck in the sticky patches.
Edit: I've never been quite sure whether they eventually get out of the sticky patches by themselves.

same here

as annoying as it can be ocassionally, i think of it as adding flavor to the game, personality to the villagers

makes me feel needed to, when they get "lost" and need help getting back on the right path

the villagers are going through their rebellios teenage years shaking their heads and telling me no all the itme

impertinent little buggers

i see the glitch, the corps just cycling seeds over and over so they got nothing to harvest.

i see the time before corps grow is 30 hours, then i close the game. after 15 minute i back to play the game but the crops still 253 hours to harvest.

until all my villager is dead without food. thats all.

Not really. It's a glitch.
