Time appears frozen?

Ok....time appears stuck. I've had this game running for 15+ hours now and Mom still hasn't dropped her kid and still shows 120 mins. The kids haven't aged either. I've got the game running 2X and made sure I didn't pause it last night so it would continue to "play" even though it was closed.
I've tried changing the time on the computer but all that did was change my time remaining on the fire.
Help?

It's never a good idea to change your computer clock's setting. Even if you're having a problem, you will usually only make things worse. These links explain the most typical causes of that problem: Answer in our Support FAQ Forum discussion about time issues

Changing the time on your computer will cause unpredictable things to happen. Not only to your game, but to other things as well.
The only thing you can do right now is wait and see what happens, DO NOT change the time again, it will only make things worse.

Nope, nothing has changed except for food and tech points. Oh and the collectables I've found. Everyone is still the exact same age as they were when I started the game. And as of this morning, still no baby either. Sooo....now I'm at about 38 hrs of the same thing.

I can tell ya that when I passed that 1hr trial time on it at first, nothing carried over when I put in my activation key from the purchase confirmation email. So I don't know if maybe I picked up a glitch in the process or what.....

Your game is behaving exactly like games that we see that are affected by a clock change. Did you try staring another game in a second player slot?
It probably wasn't a software glitch. If you bought the game from a different game site than where you obtained the demo, or if the version had changed since you downloaded the demo, the game will delete all savegame files that it finds, due to incompatibilities.

No I haven't tried starting a second game yet. With 3 days in this already I've been trying to ride it out. It wasn't until just before I posted this initially that I tried the whole clock change thing. Mom got her baby about an hour into playing Saturday night. Its now Monday night and everyone's ages are still the same and mom still has the baby. With 2 tech upgrades already done and more than halfway to my 3rd tech upgrade on the next one, I really didn't want to have to start a new game.

any initial problems that may have happend have now in a sense been "tampered" when you changed the clock settings, there would be no way to tell what if any problems there were b4 with the time change on there, time changeing is a form of cheating so LDW has made it very difficult to do it, its called time travelling, and doing so only makes your games messed up,
if by the end of the week shes stil holding that baby, delete the game and start a new one, hopefully you havent made too much progress, whatever your doing *building etc* just chill and wait, would suck to get all that work done just to find out its worthless, plus the fact if moms timings are off, timing for all the projects, tech and puzzles are probably not working right anyways. including the garden. food is a requirement. gl
