I have had all the boys in my village watering the dead flower field with that pure lagoon water for days now... and NOTHING. When does the field grow something?
It probably doesn't matter since My one female is getting too old and I won't be able to make any more babies.

Depending on game speed and how many villagers you have working on it, it may take awhile for anything to happen in that field with the dead flowers. Just make sure that their action is "watering the field" not "trying to. . ." and then be patient.

Did you ever notice that they always run to the dead flower field when "nature is calling"? I figured that's why the flowers were dead anyway.

How do I avoid kids from going to the Dead Flowers Field?

I've already got Level 3 Harvesting and Building, and Level 2 on the others.

There's no reason to stop the kids from going to the dead flower field.... The kids don't do anything but eat.
