When do the corpses go away? I've got a dead villager that just sits there and its bugging me! Do I have to do something to make it go away?

There is a graveyard. Take a villager around to explore and you may find it. To do so however, you will need to have done enough research in the relevant areas.

If you do nothing, or your villagers don't know how to bury them, corpses will decompose within 24 hours.
