I think the level in parenting also helps... it seems that the more parenting skill the parents have the higher the chance of twins and triplets.

I find it to be just random. I have a adept parent that had 3 lots triplets in a row.

I'm pretty sure it's random, provided you have L3 medicine. I recently had an 18-year-old give birth to triplets. Despite the old wives' tale, it happened on her first kiss - she had no parenting skills at all.

it seems like skilled parents have them more often simple because they have more random chances to get it

"experienced" lottery players will seem like they win mre than a first time player because over time their tries get averaged out

a first time player is 100 or 0, nothing to average

in reality, the person who plays 100 scratch off tickets a week has the same chance of winning, per ticket, as the person who plays 1 ticket per week

does that make sense?

I have had master parents only having one child & adept or newbie parents have twins or triplets. I think its just random.
