I've seen it mentioned a few times in the threads that people are "deselcting" the skills so that elderly villagers or village elders can choose to do what they want. Now how in the world do you do this???? TY

if you go to the details screen you will see a box ticked. Just click where the tick is in the box and it won't be selected anymore.
