Hey there, I just started playing 'A New Home' yesterday and was just wondering something.

I was just browsing the internet about the game and heard something about a village elder.. Im not sure if this is just on VV2, or its on A New Home aswel. If it is, can someone give me a hint on how to make one of my villagers an elder in the first VV game?
