MASSIVE SPOILERS AHEAD!!

I've found a few ways:

One way to get an eldet is to complete the gong, and take a villager to it. Hope the gong grants wisdon. Then Train the same villager in 1 more skill. Now make that villager master parenting. A way to make them master this in a few minutes is to rapidly drop a villager on the other villager. Don't bother letting them go to the hut.

Here are some more ways to help improve there skill:
Grab a child and make him/her heal sick villagers.
Make a certain stew (I'm not telling the combonation!) and let kids eat it (by dropping a kid on the stew pot). If it is the right stew, the kid may go around excersising, and with any luck, improve a building skill!
Some events can help too.
