As an experiment I wanted to see if a villager who disliked running can actually become an Elder.

So I set him on Research first - he mastered it by age 25.

Next was Farming - mastered it but I can't remember at what age.

Then onto Building - I didn't think he could do it but he mastered it and actually became an Elder so it IS possible for a non-runner to become an Elder.
