My gong keeps taking things away from my villagers! It has taken away tech., wisdom, and health several times. It likes to take the health away and make everyone sick. I thought the gong was susposed to do good things for the tribe. Am I mistaken? If not, what is wrong?

If you think about it, that's probably why the villagers before broke it up.

RachelMeyer, the gong has random effects. So dont cry about this. My Gong has taken health too, but i has do one day funny thing - a 67 years old Elder converted to 6 years...

the gong can be used for good, but also has several negative effects

they are random, so if you keep rining the gong, good things will happen

and charley is right, the gong's power cannot be controlled, and one can speculate that this is the reason the gong was broken up in the first place

in one of the other threads someone was keeping track of the gong results. It appeared to be about 50/50 on good or bad results from the ring. Makes me worried what's in store for my poor villagers - the last 6 rings have all been good.
