Just got game yesterday (woohoo after playing free trial@shockwave.com---couldn't resist it!!!), and wanted to know if there is quicker way to boost up your tech pts.

I saw the topic on the random events that could help but havent gotten any of those yet. I have only managed to save up enough to get lvl 2 construction as of right now.
