Can anyone give me any insight on what im doing wrong? I have all levels of tech maxed, I have the idol and I still can't seem to produce the special villiager needed to complete the last puzzles. Im getting quite frustrated! Please help! What else do I have to do!!

Have you looked at the spoilers for VV1? Since your topic doesn't say spoiler I hesitate to tell the solution here.
