Since I have no idea about what have / haven't been already put into the game I have no idea how long it would take to implement. Besides, I see no reason for multiple tech screens, there are more then enough room on just one screen. The bars can be made thinner without much problem.

And my opinion in this matter is that I don't mind waiting a few months extra for a better game anyway.
