I think you will make it. I nearly cried when I read your first letter.
You never know someone from the other village might come looking for their missing friends that fell down the waterfall and find you.
I am rooting for you, only 2 more years and you'll be able to pick coconuts, keep jumping and trying to reach them and one day you'll get them.
P.S. Is this the first village you have lived in?
