Once a villager earns that Esteemed Elder status, could he not be immediately adorned with a feather headress to signify his status? There enough parrots to donate feathers..lol

What if a random event was for the villagers to uncover the remains of an old plane crash? Builders would have had to uncover it....Farmers would have to clean it out/salvage it...Scientists research the spoils..(Popups could give options of the outcome such as:)...Perhaps doctors could discover some useful medicines?..Farmers find useful tools..or something to allow one chosen nursing mom a special "Master Teaching skill. To enable this choice, the game has to have at least one current nursing mom and the player could choose which one to give the skill to?
Builders need to chop the firewood for the fire instead of endless supply..it would help build their points.
Children born with some predetermined skills, should be able to gain points in that skill each time they watch the adults working at it, but at a much much slower rate than the adults, until they are old enough to work.
