i had a woman sitting in the hospital "not feeling well". so i made another woman a healer and brought her over to the hospital. i took the other girl out of the hospital and dropped the lady healer on her and she kept running away but now the unwell one has a baby. i don't understand how this happened since they are both women. and i can't seem to get the healer to heal the one she got pregnant but she can heal others. anyone else ever had anything like this happen before?

It's a small glitch in the game that causes nursing moms to "drop" their babies when they get sick. The mom was already carrying a baby when she got sick, and the baby returned when she was healed.

the healer never healed her though, at least it never said she did. as soon as i dropped the healer on her she ran away and the girl had a baby. that's why i was so confused

I think you'll find that she has been healed. She was probably healed the moment you dropped the healer on her, and if you accidentally tapped or bounced the mouse button it dropped the healer on her again, which is why she ran away. It's a very easy thing to do.
