Have nursing mothers gain parenting skills as they wash/change/show the baby things. Also, have fathers interact with their children with the mother. They can gain parenting skills this way.

That way you don't have to have a guy create 40 babies to get master parent, and a woman can finally achieve master parent without having to have peak population to prevent her pregnancies.

It would be wise to include an option for switching breeding on or off for each villager, this way you can set their preferred skill to parenting and if you have set breeding to "off", they will parent but not breed.

With farming, there are often multiple sources of food available (for example, coconuts, fish, crops). It would be useful to be able to tell the villager what ratios of food you want them to gather. For example, suppose I want Tutu to harvest 30% coconuts, 30% fish, and 40% vegetable crops. This will ease the strain on coconuts and vegetables. Of course, the villagers would still do other things, like laundry, but when they farmed they would obey the ratio setting for the village.

This can also apply to building, for example, 40% to building the new hut for the village and 60% to creating a dam on the stream.

If you add these improvements, devoted fans will be rewarded when they experiment with the best ratios, and those who don't care enough to bother with them won't notice.
