Please help. Is there a certain level of research you have to be at to breed some of the magic fish. As some of the fish I need to do this keep dying before they mature. I am at level 2 in fish environment, food and advertising. Any help would be appreciated.

Most of the magic fish require level 3 of Fish Environment to survive.
