You don't. All of the wedding pictures on the forums have been posed while the game was paused.

Aww thanks! I thought I was doing something wrong!

i dressed them up in the sewing hut. i had to pay 5000 tech points for each character in the entourage except for the kids coz it doesn't allow me to change their clothes. weddings are really expensive!!! then, i paused the game, moved and positioned the characters. i picked them up and dropped them to where they are in the picture. you could also change the direction where they are facing. and then i took a screenshot, pasted it in the paint application and saved as jpeg and there it is...
