i make the "caring for baby" time my basis. mothers take care of babies for 2 years. i am using slow mode (which says 1/2 of normal time), and it says 400 minutes. so their year might be equivalent to our time as: 200 minutes (slow mode), 100 minutes (normal mode) and 50 minutes (fast mode).
