Is there any way of finding out who the parents are of each villager? I know in the beginning a couple of times it showed info:Sam son of Ethan(I renamed all my villagers)

I wish the parent pictures would stay on the villager after he becomes and adult. It would ease my mind that I wasn't trying to mate close relatives.

When the villagers want to mate, they won't wait for your permission! At normal speed, in one afternoon, my village's population jumped from 50 to 75! \:o Even more surprising was that 14 of the kids were fathered by one man \:\?
(Sadly though, he didn't gain any parenting skills for all that work)

I've been trying a little tactic to keep close matings down. When a child is born, I take the first three letters of the mother's name and the first three letters of the father's name to make a "last" name for the child. Some of the combinations got funny. I had a Panfuj, an Atebob, and a Kankan. (The first name of the Atebob child was Kayak, so Kayak Atebob. Weird, huh?)

Kayak Atebob
Sounds like an Inuit name, not one of someone on a tropical island!
