I would like to ask people around to see how old was your first villager that died (1st tombstone)?

I have tried my best, keeping everyone happy, healthy and all that and my eldest is still 89... I've read through here that people have gotten villagers 100 and even older.

What's a good way to keep people alive long? I had a healthy old villager just die out of old age, I guess, after trying so hard to extend his life. Would like to know what tips can I do on my villagers that would extend their life past 90 (as I have done all that I think I can to make them live long, but none live past that age)...

Same here, Kuya. I check them all regularly and feed any that are not in perfect health the special "Completely Restored" stew... but that doesn't help, they still all die in their late 70s or early 80s. A few have made it to around 86 or so, but a very few.

It was so frustrating that, after I'd maxed my Elders and filled the graveyard... (after completing all the puzzles and ringing the gong a few times)... I finally deleted that village and started over with a new one.

Don't forget you can have 5 different villages going before having to delete any \:\)

I know, but I couldn't help going back again and again to that frustrating village, so I decided to get rid of it. lol

It was my first, and I felt I'd really done everything I could with it. Also, it was frustrating not being able to make additional villagers Elders, even though they'd mastered 3 skills.

I'm stuck on 89... can't wait til I break the 90 mark. I guess the best way is to leave them alone. I was pampering one of my elders, feeding them, taking them to the waters, everything and they still die early. \:\(
