Besides changing clothes, Can you use your technical points for anything else?

VVII is cool because there are more options and things to do than VV, however, it would be awesome if VVIII had more options for the technical points. In VVII the option of elders is good, but if there is nothing to buy with the tech points you gain, after you purchase all technologies, what to do, what to do?????

nothing else except clothes if you have all the technologies researched already.
