Meaning any updates on when it'll be avalible?

I'm looking forward to it cause I hope it'll fix the problems with my kids getting stuck. Sometimes they'll run repeatedly from side to side in front of the gong and are unable to move beyond it. Sometimes when I open the game they're stuck on the roof of one of the huts near the beach.

I've had a couple kids stuck out in the ocean. And let's not forget walking back and forth between the garden and dam... on and on and on. It's a miracle I've gotten two Master Doctors (out of 50 attempts).

Yeah - when my doctors go to study the red plant near the dam, they always get stuck on the dam while trying to get to the next plant. I always have to yank them away.

Barbara and Arthur are very good at keeping people informed. I'm sure that as soon as they've got any information on the release of an upgrade they'll make a 'sticky' announcement in the forum.

I'm always four or five steps behind, Arnie. I wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything for once.

Totally and always out of the loop.

I read that there were no plans to announce a specific release date. This makes sense. If there was an unexpected last minute problem, there would be a lot of disappointed customers on that date.

I quite agree, Borg. In announcing the release date for VV2 LDW were in effect making a rod for their own backs. I am sure that Arthur and his team were working more or less 24/7 towards the end of the buildup to find and fix bugs thrown up in the beta testing. It was inevitable that some bugs would be left in. I appreciate that BFG and other suppliers needed a specific release date, but an update is different; a simple announcement when it is ready is all that is needed. Without the pressure imposed by deadlines a much better job can be made.

If only Microsoft could have kept quiet about Vista until it was released they'd have avoided a lot of the adverse publicity. \:\)
