OK all, I have the exact formulas for the Herbs needed to make all the stews that are good, and I have most of the bad ones. I know some more than what I will post, but they are worthless or the same exact thing:
here goes

Abbreviation Key :
O = Orange flower-located on the very southern end of the island

R = Red flower- located to the right of the dam, or rocks in the stream if you haven't gotten the dam done yet. these flowers kinda look pink to me, but i guess they are red to most ppl.

P Purple flowers- located in the graveyard. DO NOT get these confused with the black ones which are also in the GY but right next to the waterfall!!! these ones are a light lilac color.

B Black flowers-located in the graveyard. They are round flowers and they are arranged in a row of flowers. The are just on the other side of the waterfall. be VERY careful not to mistake these for purple!!!

BL Blue flower (rose) located just to the left of the graveyard. It's next to the thorny bushes and that funky cave.

Br Brown root plant.-located on the very left of the coconut trees, in the most North East of the island. This one is kinda hard to see, but don't forget about it all lonely up there.

Ok, first off before i give you the formulas, or recipes i should say, You have to get the cauldron before you can start making stew...
After you use tech points to buy the 2 of exploration and after you get the dam and crops done, you can have any adult retrieve the cauldron. It will be a black object visible in the firewood, down by the loveshack. the villager will set it next to the fire.

You also have to have the fire going for the stew. If you haven't figured out the fire thing here's how you do it...
ANY adult can do it, drag them down by the decrepit shack, and put him on the wood. They will auto gather fire wood. then take your villager and put him in the very NE of the island, just a little to the left of the palm trees, here they can gather dry grass. when you do both of those drag a villager to the actual fire pit and they will start a fire!

Ok, so here you go for the stew.
First off you drag a villager to the cauldron, it will say preparing to make stew. Then you have to go get the 3 herbs. If you lose track of how many you have put in, use your cursor and click on the fire and it will tell you how many more you need, when it sayd 0 more then you can finish up.
drag a different villager to each of the flowers you need for the stew, that way you can get them all gathering for you. Once you have that have one villager dragged back and get water, then drag them back and they will retrieve food to put in the stew. Then VOILA stew! BTW it doesn't matter what order the herbs are put into the pot. Sometimes you need two of the same herb...so if it says (o+o+p) that means orange+orange+purple!

deep breath, NO NEED TO BREATH!!! (O+O+B)

Love potion/embrace: (O+O+R)
Healthier: (P+P+P) & (B+R+O) & (O+O+Br) & (O+O+P) & (O+O+Bl)
Healthier continued: (B+R+O) & (P+P+R) & (P+P+Bl) & (P+P+Br)
Dry mouth, needs drink: (Br+P+R)
bathroom nature is calling stew: (Br+Bl+R)
Tired/relaxed: (R+R+Bl)
Allergic to stew: (Bl+Bl+O) & (Bl+Bl+Bl)
Tastes bad/nasty: (R+R+B)

All of these last stews will make your villagers VERY ill! so don't make em!!!
Makes Ill recipes:
(B+B+O) & (B+B+R) & B+B+P) & (B+B+Bl) &(B+B+Br)
and this one is EXTREMELY HARMFUL!!! (B+B+B+) it burns the stew as well.
