Yep - but it takes a long time on their own (set a nice young lady to be a parent once she's just old enough and she might make it...they don't always seem to make master, tho).

Others on the board have suggested "speed parenting" with over 50 female villagers -- they can't make babies, but they can go indoors. If you grab and drop the woman on a male villager repeatedly, her skill will go up. Do it enough times (could be 5-10, could be 50-100 depending on her skill level), and she'll become a master.

Don't recommend trying this with the guys until you have a nice stable food supply \:\)

I do the "speed parenting" all the time and it usually takes around 5 minutes to get to master. I've counted once and it was over 300 kisses.

I have had pleanty of master parents. I start them off when they turn 18 and they go from woman to woman & man to man on thier own. They just don't master anything else.
Unless they have already mastered something else first.I just take them off parenting and put them on other thing's and once they master other things I put them back to parenting.

I've got a "mature" village with all puzzles solved and all techs bought. When a villager turns 14, they start out on the skill they naturally have (usually either research or farming). As soon as they Master that, I switch them to the other. Once they have mastered both of those, I set them to parenting and let them go.

Most of them reach Master Parent - but even if they don't, they at least have enjoy life and it makes for a lot of fun watching the crowds around the love shack!

If they do get to the Triple Master, I uncheck the "favourite" box and let them do whatever they want. At the moment, my youngest would-be-Elder-if-I-didn't-already-have-50 is 37.
